Juvenile with knife threatening self and grandmother

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded near Main Street in Norway to assist with a situation involving a juvenile reportedly armed with a knife and threatening herself and her grandmother at home. The juvenile was later reported to have calmed down somewhat.
