Vehicle goes off road down hill in Oak Hill

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to the area of Patterson Road in Oak Hill for a reported vehicle that went off the roadway down a hill near a marked location. The call appears to have occurred shortly after midnight.
