As discussed during the dispatch call, oakdale PD broadcast a report of a white Nissan SUV with unknown plates last seen at Dutch Bros Coffee (810 N Yosemite Ave). The SUV was reportedly chasing a person in the parking lot, who was then pulled into the SUV by an unknown heavyset suspect wearing a black top. Vehicle last seen northbound on Yosemite Avenue.
