Truck on I-65 emitting heavy white smoke, no fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, units monitored a southbound commercial vehicle near the 36 mile marker on I-65 by the Oakland exit that was emitting heavy white smoke. The vehicle had pulled over near the on-ramp, and the issue appeared to be a blown turbo with no active fire reported.
