Phone falls from car onto roadway near 1015 marker

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible minor traffic incident on North Alpine in Oakland, where a phone may have fallen from a moving vehicle onto the roadway near a mile marker on the Waterville side.
