Vehicle emitting heavy smoke near East Lorain Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and firefighters responded to reports of a silver minivan with heavy smoke coming from it near East Lorain Street and Artino Street. Police attempted to locate and stop the smoking vehicle, including checking nearby parking lots.
