Man with breathing difficulty receives CPR in Obion

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews and firefighters were sent to a possible medical emergency at a residence on North 7th Street in Obion, Tennessee, for a man reportedly having serious difficulty breathing. Dispatchers remained on the phone with the caller while CPR was apparently being performed before or during the arrival of responders.
