Car hits parked vehicle and house on Jefferson Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Jefferson Avenue and West 18th Street for a reported vehicle collision in which a Volkswagen Jetta apparently struck a parked vehicle and then hit a house. One adult male was reported on scene.
