We've had multiple RPs referencing this subject. I did speak to a neighbor stating that he resides at 1161. Christian, the subject resides at 1161 Ocean Street, who lives with his mom, who is not currently home. He said, WMA in his 30s, unknown name. However, he does suffer from mental health issues. Additionally, he's nonverbal.
