Large debris reported on eastbound Highway 16

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports possible large debris, possibly a tire, in the road on eastbound Highway 16 near the St. Paul and Union area. Units appear to be conducting a traffic stop nearby and are assigned to check the roadway for the object.
