Man carrying naked child walking along Route 224

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man walking along Route 224 near Odessa, reportedly carrying a naked child while heading toward Montour Falls. The man was described by clothing and build, and units were sent to check the area near a roadside pull-off.
