Family dispute over property and possible weapon

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a family dispute near East Walnut Street in Odin. The caller reported that a sister would not return his property and that there was an aggressive dog in a tent. He also expressed fear that the sister’s boyfriend might come out with a possible weapon.
