Boyfriend causes disturbance at Oglesby apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment on East 2nd Street for a reported verbal disturbance between partners. One person reportedly threw items and then left the area, possibly associated with a dark gray Nissan parked outside.
