As discussed during the dispatch call, a business owner reported a suspicious Volvo SUV on or near Berwick Road by Peppers, possibly driven by an apparently intoxicated middle-aged man in a suit. The caller was unsure if the vehicle was still parked in the area and did not provide a reason for suspecting intoxication.
