Rocks thrown from hillside damage car near Grove Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Grove Street and Butler Alley in Oil City for a report that people on a hillside were throwing rocks, possibly breaking glass and hitting a vehicle. The individuals involved were unknown and may have included several juveniles.
