Thank first respondersI'm in Pasadena Texas and my daughter told me about a month ago that someone had been knocking on her window too. I have had to call the police department on 3 different occasions here. There was an older bald white male with a long goatee in a white van honked his horn and waved at her in front of a 7-11 gas station 3 blocks up the Rd from us. we were walking home so I didn't acknowledge it bc he was behind us in the parking lot. This incident was the only thing that happened out of the ordinary. It was weird. I started keeping my gun next to me. My daughter is a minor child.
