Intoxicated woman reported lying in rural roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near a rural campsite and nearby public land for a report of a woman who was crying and possibly intoxicated while lying in the roadway. She reportedly got up and was later seen walking toward nearby Department of Natural Resources land.
