Car revving engine and littering in parking lot

One of the workers said there was a silver Camaro in the parking lot revving up its engine.

They were not a patient there.

Then they threw a beer can out the window into the parking lot and then revved up their engine again and took off towards Onaway.

She was unable to get me a plate, but she took a picture of the car and she sent that to my phone.
