Child with autism found in road on Williams Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were called for a concern involving a child found in the roadway near William Street and later near Freight House Alley. The child is reportedly autistic and only wearing a diaper. The child was reportedly returned to parents but authorities may still interview regarding the incident.
