Man struggles to breathe and loses consciousness at beach

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Orange Beach were dispatched to two medical calls. One involved an adult man at a residential building on Perdido Beach Boulevard who was reportedly not fully conscious and having trouble breathing and speaking. Another response was to a business on Wharf Parkway, where a person reportedly had an altered level of consciousness.
