As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a welfare check at a restaurant on Osage Beach Parkway after a report that a male subject with a family connection to the business might go there and could potentially target someone. Units responded and requested additional information about the people involved.

I think those are cut information that the ex-girlfriend that that male subject would be en route to have family that works at Chili's and they were concerned they were possibly a target.
