Welfare check for resident not seen in 24 hours

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to conduct a welfare check on a resident at an apartment on Hoosier Street in Osceola after an anonymous caller reported no contact for about 24 hours and prior threats made against him. The resident’s vehicle, wife, and child were also reported to be at the home.
