Woman has allergic reaction and cocaine effects in Oskaloosa

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible allergic reaction involving an adult woman at a discount store near Walnut Street in Oskaloosa. Radio traffic later indicated she reported recent cocaine use, which may have been related to her symptoms. She was transported to a hospital by EMS.
