Cyclist reportedly threatens bystander with hand gesture

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to the area of Bay Vista Street and the Legacy Trail in zone seven for reports of a man on a bicycle who may have tried to attack a bystander and then made a hand gesture like a gun.
