Fire alarm at commercial building on South Fifth

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a commercial building near South Fifth Street for a reported fire alarm. The building was evacuated and the alarm was sounding, but responders reported nothing visible. A separate call sent medical units to a home on Nutmeg Place for a possible cardiac arrest.
