Male found unresponsive and not breathing at Mill Creek Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported cardiac arrest at a lot in a residential community on Mill Creek Road in the town of Otsego. An unknown-age male was found unresponsive, unconscious, and not breathing, and CPR was reported to be in progress while county ambulance units headed to the scene. Traffic control was set up near a blind corner by the location.
