Suspicious vehicle reported on Katy Trail near Otterville

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a suspicious vehicle complaint near Mount Moriah Road and the Katy Trail in the Otterville area. The reporting party heard a loud roaring noise and saw a vehicle on the trail with lights that were on and then off. Responding units noted they had previously checked an RV in the area and found no one around it and no lights on inside.
