We are coming to you with an (number withheld)-year-old female from home.

Chief complaint is increased lethargy and diaphoresis over the last day or so.

She also was changing positions in bed, just sitting up, and she had a syncopal or near syncopal episode per family yesterday, which caused a fall into the side of her bed.

She has pretty significant swelling and a large hematoma to the upper right or upper left arm.

She's able to move it.

She has a strong pulse and there's no tingling or numbness to it.

It's just very tender and obviously painful.

Patient and family say she did not hit her head.

She's not on any blood thinners.

Sitting up on scene, her blood pressure was 70 over 58.

We got her laying down, it went up to 110 over 74.
