Children jumping off bridge at nature preserve into water

Notice they're pulling off of Hays Nature Preserve Trail.

Give me a reference to kids, possibly (number withheld) years of age, jumping off of the bridge into the water.

The caller's concerned that there may be rocks in the water and the kids are going to get hurt.
