Report of possible child screaming and running near Lillian St

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a suspicious situation near Young St and Lillian St after a caller reported hearing what sounded like a little girl scream and then run eastbound. Description was unknown and the caller was unsure if it was actually a child. Caller later reported the person was walking through nearby yards.
