Dog left in vehicle at Market Basket lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a dog left in a parked vehicle under a tree at a Market Basket parking lot. Windows were reportedly slightly open and the vehicle had been there for over an hour. An animal control officer was notified and is responding.
