Man talking to himself and hitting trees on property

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a suspicious man on a reporting party’s property near Etting Road in Oxnard. The man was reportedly talking to himself, hitting trees, and was last seen across the street in nearby strawberry fields.
