Driver suspected of impairment slows traffic on Highway 1

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a possible impaired driver in a blue pickup traveling slowly and holding up traffic on Highway 1 near Linda Mar. The vehicle later drove at varying speeds, including the wrong way for a time, continued through the Sharp Park area, and then eastbound on Sharp Park Road toward College Drive and Outlook Drive before finally stopping near a neighborhood by Gypsy Hill. The driver was described as a young adult male.
