WOW! I hope this is treated as VERY serious! I say this bc my 1st "attempt" was on sominex and was REALLY a cry for HELP bc I felt my situation was HOPELESS! In my experience, the self harm will get to be bigger and, unfortunately can ACTUALLY cause a "successful attempt"; even when it was just a cry for help!!
