Verbal disturbance with open 911 line at Meacham Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an open 911 call with a possible disturbance near a lot on Meacham Lane, where a female could be heard shouting and people appeared to be moving around. The caller reportedly knocked on a nearby door and asked to go inside before the line disconnected and 911 was called again.
