Report of intoxicated driver on I-70 near Palisade

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a possible intoxicated driver in a blue Nissan Rogue traveling westbound near the Palisade exit on I-70, with a female reportedly lying across the back seats. Units checked the area but did not make contact with the vehicle.
