Commercial fire alarm at Bristol Manor facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a possible commercial fire alarm at a care facility near South Main Street in Palmyra. Radio traffic also reported active flooding and roadway washout near Ross Street and Railway Lane, and highway officials were asked to be notified.
