Tree blocks bridge at Highway 168 and North River

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a tree has apparently fallen onto a bridge at Highway 168 and North River, blocking the roadway. Units are also sent to Highway 36 near County Road 263 to check on an elderly woman in a parked vehicle with a possible diabetic issue, with EMS already on the way.
