False commercial fire alarm at Food Lion strip mall

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a commercial fire alarm at a strip mall near Turkey Sag Trail, including a grocery store, but it was later determined to be a false alarm and all units returned to service. In a separate call, medical crews responded to a health and rehabilitation facility for a sick 60-year-old man who was reportedly vomiting coffee-ground material.
