81-year-old male lethargic and unresponsive at Palo Alto home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and rescue units were dispatched to a senior facility near El Camino Real in Palo Alto for an 81-year-old male hospice patient who was unusually lethargic, not fully responsive, and having abnormal breathing. Responders also assisted a visitor on scene with resetting an alarm after it was confirmed there was no active emergency from the alarm system.
