As discussed during the dispatch call, ronald Township first responders and an ambulance were dispatched priority one to a location near Church St (between Division St and Van Vleck Rd) in the Palo area for a 47-year-old male found not breathing and blue in color; responders later reported the patient was cold to the touch with no pulse (possible DOA).
