Reported vehicle and pedestrian crash unfounded

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible vehicle versus pedestrian collision with injuries at Paramount Boulevard and Rosecrans Avenue in Paramount, but responding units later reported no vehicle or pedestrian found at the scene.
