Power transformer glowing and sparking at street corner

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Paris, Illinois were dispatched to the corner of Eastwood Street and Country Club Road for a report of a transformer on the northwest corner that was glowing and sparking. An all-call was issued for the local fire department to respond to the scene.
