Neighbor pickup blocking driveway on 5th Street

Reporting party states that her neighbor across the street at 4th or 5th Street has parked her pickup partially in the roadway and very close to the reporting party's driveway, so it's hard for her to pull in.

Pickup is going to be a black Toyota wrapped in plastic.

Unknown neighbor's full name, just (name withheld) as her 1st name, she thinks.

Uh, 10-4. I'm down in the south county right now, so I'll get over there when I can.

Reporting party is just asking us to speak with the neighbor next door to move her pickup.

Yep, I'll head over there.

If the vehicle's still parked the way it is, I'll see if I can contact the neighbor.
