Man detained after foot chase near Douglas Popeyes

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported three males walking on State Line when one man reportedly ran north on Forsyth with a hand in his pocket. The man then moved toward Douglas Street near a fast-food restaurant, where he appeared to surrender and officers detained him.
