Suspicious SUV with flashing lights in shopping center

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified about a suspicious silver Ford Explorer displaying red and blue flashing lights near Taylor Avenue and Harford Road in Parkville. The vehicle, which did not appear to be law enforcement, was later reported in a nearby shopping center.
