Three men threaten resident on private property

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a private property near East Manning Avenue for a possible suspicious activity incident. The reporting party said three men were on the property making threats to her and her dogs before walking toward an alley behind a nearby Starbucks.
