Suspicious person reportedly prowling near homes

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man repeatedly passing through a neighborhood near West Sylvester Street in Pasco. The man reportedly ran into bushes and was suspected of prowling and taking items from houses while carrying a leaf blower and a (description withheld) with tools. He was last reportedly seen near 42nd Street.
