Vehicle follows woman in Safeway parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious vehicle possibly following a woman in a grocery store parking lot in Pasco. The woman went inside the store while the vehicle appeared to circle or remain in the lot. No weapons were reported.
