False fire alarm at Evergreen Estates complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency radio traffic reports a false fire alarm at an apartment complex on South Street in Paynesville. An officer on scene requested the fire department to help shut off the alarm, and the fire response was later cancelled after the alarm was turned off.
